MICKY BRAFFORD was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He moved to Southern Indiana in 1990 where his family has deep roots. He is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in marketing and management. His origins in the insurance business began in 1993 when he was recruited by a large Bloomington agency. He built a strong and successful practice including developing an industry leading voluntary benefits program. He was the national sales leader in this area when he founded PROES, Inc. in 1999. He is currently President and CEO of The PROES Group, Inc.

GREG DANIELS is a native of Indiana, born in Decatur. He moved to Bloomington in 1976 and began a career in sales. His insurance career began in 1979 as a multiline agent with a large Indiana company. He was recruited into the largest life and health agency in Bloomington where he built a client base composed of life, health, employee benefits and investments. He was a multiple “agent of the year” recipient. His experience also includes agent training and agency management. He helped found PROES, Inc. in 1999, The PROES Group in 2010 and is currently the Insurance Center Group's Director of Operations.

DENNIS SCOTT was born in Bloomington, Indiana. His background was in the restaurant business for 25 years including owning his own restaurant. He entered the insurance business in 1994 and quickly built a large employee benefit clientele. He also was a major player in the voluntary benefits business. In 2006, he joined PROES, Inc. as a managing partner.

Barbara Fisher was born and raised in Southern Indiana. She has a daughter, Olivia. She started in Life and Health insurance in 1971 for Lincoln National Life in Salem. In 1975, she started the Property and Casualty Insurance business that would become Lincoln Hills Insurance Agency. Barbara has managed the agency since 1980. She attained Managing Partner status in 2015.

Tony Voelker has been meeting the insurance needs of his clients for just over 26 years. He offers a full range of insurance products but specializes in senior products, such as Medicare Supplements and Prescription Drug plans.
Tony has been married to Kim for 31 years and together they have 4 wonderful children and 5 beautiful grandchildren.

Tom Carter is from Richmond, IN and moved to Bloomington in 1989 to continue a career in the theatre management business. He began his career in the Property / Casualty - Life and Health insurance business in 2010. In 2013 he accepted a position with Callaway Insurance which was acquired by the Insurance Center Group in 2014. In 2019, he became a managing partner in the group.
